Procedures

This page describes the operating procedures applied from the purchase of a line through to the payment of a prize.

1. Purchase procedure

  1. Select the package of 5, 10 or 20 lines.
  2. Set the numbers using Quick Pick or manual selection.
  3. Review the summary with the total amount.
  4. Pay in the authorized partner's environment.
  5. Receive the confirmation of your participation.

2. Result checking procedure

After each drawing, the official numbers are compared with the registered lines and prizes are identified automatically.

3. Prize payment procedure

  1. Validation of the winning line and the corresponding drawing.
  2. Identity verification of the holder (KYC).
  3. Confirmation of the bank details provided by the holder.
  4. Release of the amount according to the prize tier and applicable deadlines.

4. Error correction procedure

Discrepancies must be reported within 30 days of the drawing, together with the purchase details. Each case is reviewed individually and answered in writing.

5. Support procedure

Requests are received at info@americaloto.com and answered in order of arrival, on business days.
